two months old

noah at two months:

10 pounds 12 ounces

22.75 inches long

20th percentile for weight

36th percentile for height

you LOVE to stand on our knees and bounce & jump up and down! it is so precious, you get so excited! hehe

you're making more and more new noises all the time right now you do, "ooooo" and you just stared going "laaaa"!

you're still such a snuggle bug, you love to be cuddled up close and lay your head on mommy & daddys shoulder

you're starting to smile back at us when we smile at you, it's not all the time but it's becoming more often

you really start to smile when mommy & daddy tickle you under your chin and make funny noises while doing so :)

we let you sleep on your tummy during the day in your bassinet (i know, big no, no) but only when we're sitting right next to you and you've recently started sleeping with your little bottom up in the air, it's so adorable!

you've developed colic within the last month and it's so sad to watch you cry and scream out when all i can do is hold you but not make you feel better. hopefully your pediatrician is right and it will disappear by the time you're four months old. it's such a helpless thing.



it's so fun to see noah's personality developing little bits at a time. even from just last month he is already so much more vibrant and excitable! he is the sweetest little guy! i love our quiet time together when we just rock in the chair and snuggle. and when he'll start kicking his legs so i hold him on my knees and let him bounce & jump. it's also been so wonderful to see mike as a daddy, it's amazing to see love in action. we're truly blessed beyond measure.
